Return & Refund Policy

 We want our customers to be satisfied with their purchases. Please read our policy carefully before requesting a return or refund. 

1. Returns 

Returns are accepted within 7 days of purchase. 

The product must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition. 

Returns are only accepted if the item is faulty or damaged on arrival. 

2. Non-Returnable Items 

Opened or used earphones/headphones are not eligible for return or refund due to hygiene reasons, unless proven faulty. 

Replica (dupe) products are sold as non-original alternatives, and feature differences are expected. 

3. Refunds 

Refunds are only processed if the product is confirmed faulty after inspection. 

No refunds are issued for dissatisfaction based on feature expectations where the product is functioning as described. 

4. Exchanges 

Exchanges may be offered at management’s discretion.
